As there a limit to the file / resolution size?

Yes, each image not more than 8mb.

Why can't I login to your website?

To reset your password, kindly click a Forgot Your Password? at the login page and insert your email address

How do I track the status of my order once it is submitted?

After login, click on "History" to view purchase order.

Are my photo secure and private in your servers when using your web?

Yes, your photos remains private in our serves.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We begin processing once the order is fully uploaded onto our serves. You will receive your order within 7-10 working days upon successfully uploading the project files.

How do I pay for my order?

We currently accept payment via debit / credit card, FPX an through 7 eleven.

Why are my images uploading so slowly?

This can be due to several factors below :-

  • The image file size is above 5mb
  • The stability of your internet connection
  • There are too many images being uploaded at a point of time
Can I cancel an order that I have already made?

No, an order that has already been placed may not have any changes made to it, this includes cancellation

Where do I find my tracking number after the product is shipped?

Will show in their history after purchase items. You may check your status of delivery from our official courier's website after 24 hours.

How if I received someone else photo product?

Please contact us immediately and attach a few sample photos of the product you have received.

My order arrived and it was damaged?

If you receive a product that was damaged during transit, please take some pictures ( preferably from several angles ) of the damaged product, as well as the packing and contact us. We will lodge a report and conduct an investigation, and subsequently provide you with a solution.

Do you ship to PO BOX?

No, our courier are unable to deliver to Po Boxes due to the large amount of different Po Box we are only able to deliver to a valid address

Can I change my address after the order has been placed?

No. So most importantly, always double-check on your shipping address before confirming your order.

How do I change my account details?

After login, click on "Profile" to change your account details.

I forgot my password. How do I get a new password?

There is a "Forget Password" button to click during login. The system will resend the password to you.

How can I reorder a previous project?

Send us an email for reordering with the Invoice No. of earlier purchase. Reordering process will payment slip together

How long does my project get stored in the web?

14 Days from the 1st uploading of images

How long are my online projects stored from your website after submission?

We will keep your submitted images for 1 (one) month. After which, we will deleted without prior notice

My images are not loading into your website, what can I do?

Try refresh your mobile/ pc browser and retry. Prefer browsers are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

I was disconnected halfway through the uploading process. What should I do now?

Normally the cache will allow you to continue the progress. If your mobile or pc cache is clear,then you will need to reupload.

Can I order multiple package at a time?

Can, provided that you add all the packages to the same order ID before editing.

Can I import photos from 3rd party applications an my device Facebook and Instagram?

Normally you can save the photos to your gallery and upload to the www.myfoto.com.my

Am i entitled to get free shipping to east malaysia if i purchase more than RM28?

Sorry no. Our free shipping is only applicable for west malaysia with minumum purchase of RM28.
